Such holistic definition of intuition form HH Radhanath Swami. Its true that most of the time we are just following the dictates of our ever changing and flickering mind but we should aspire to always making the right choices based on the real guidance from our own self. Making right choices always may be painful at the beginning but it gives a long lasting peace later on.
